Membership Application Form Instructions

Please complete the following form with the appropriate information in order to submit your Greater Pharr Chamber of Commerce membership application.

Card Processing Disclosure: A card processing fee will be applied to membership payments made by credit or debit card. This fee is separate from your membership dues and will be included in the total amount charged at checkout.
